Service Level Agreement
VPS-Forge provides a 99.9% uptime guarantee to all customers. If your uptime falls below a certain monthly percentage you can use the table below to work out how much account credit you will receive. The uptime is based on node uptimes not VPS uptimes. If your VPS goes down for any reason but our nodes are still active your SLA is invalid. Customers are responsible for their own VPS.
