Semi-Managed implies that although the VPS is the client's responsibility; we will endeavour to help a client with certain things if they ask us to (such as help with server features). We encourage all our clients to try things themselves first but if a helping hand is required we'll be glad to help. Note: this does not mean we monitor servers or perform updates. We do suggest google as a good place to find things out though.
